Welcome to our beloved Spanish home in Benalmadena. Having lived here for four years before relocating back to the UK, we visit regularly and open our doors to guests who want a real family home rather than a soulless apartment.

The house is lovingly maintained and close to absolutely everything — the beach, supermarket, restaurants, train station, water parks and more. Whether you're after lazy pool days, beach walks, or exploring Andalucía, this is the perfect base.

The ground floor opens onto a private patio and garden — just 3 metres from the communal pool. The front garden, shaded by lemon and orange trees, is a magical spot for breakfast in the morning sun.

Booking Terms: A 50% deposit secures your dates. Balance paid as 25% three months before travel and 25% thirty days prior. £200 security deposit returned after inventory check on departure. Changeover day is normally Saturday (11am departure / 3pm arrival). Mid-week arrivals welcomed — just ask.

Cancellation: Full refund up to 8 weeks before arrival · 85% returned up to 4 weeks · 50% up to 2 weeks · No refund within 2 weeks of arrival.
