Having lived in our lovely house for 4 years we have now relocated to the UK, but visit our home from home in the Sun regularly as we absolutely love being there, and we welcome guests who want to stay in a really great family home that is close to everything you could ever need, a house that is taken care of, meaning you get a wonderful home for your holiday.

Accommodation

Bedrooms: 
  • Bedroom one has a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and wardrobes .+ AirCon
  • Bedroom two has a double bed with wardrobe. +AirCon
  • Bedroom three has double bed and a built in wardrobe. +AirCon
  • Bedroom 4 is on the top floor and has a Single and a Double bed, and terrace overlooking the gardens and Swimming Pool + AirCon
  • The house Sleeps max 7-9 – Sleeps 2, Sleeps 3, Sleeps 4, Sleeps 5, Sleeps 6, Sleeps 7, Sleeps 8, Sleeps 9
Bathrooms:
  • The en-suite bathroom attached to bedroom one has a bath with shower,  hand basin, bidet and WC .
  • Bathroom two has a bath with shower over, a hand basin plus WC . These are situated on the first floor.
  • The ground floor has a WC with hand basin.
Kitchen: The kitchen has fitted cupboards and a granite work surface. It has an oven and hob. There is a fridge freezer plus a microwave oven.
Utility Room: Contains a washing machine and dishwasher. Plus electric boiler for the hot water in the house. Also iron and iron board.
Living Rooms:Dining Room: A large lounge dining room with a table with six places, expands for more. There is a large corner sofa and a 50 inch TV with British Channels/Netflix/Amazon Prime Video, plus HDMI Connection to link your laptop , Nintendo Wii, with games and Hand controls, plus Ipod Speakers.  There is a door which opens onto the garden/patio area.  Off the Kitchen a Dining table set for 6 but can extend to accommodate 10.

Other: Most summer days at the house are spent here enjoying the rear patio/terrace which is very private and only 3 metres to the communal swimming pool and gardens. The front garden is a great place to enjoy breakfast with overhanging Lemon and Orange Trees.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:		 Bedding linen and bath towels are provided. A change of bedding is not normally provided mid-stay but is available for fee.

Suitability: Great House to rent for families, Not Wheelchair Accessible, Car not required as close to everything, but free parking available outside the front of the house
