Notes on prices
Please contact us to book our Home or your holiday. Payment can be made via bank transfer.
The security deposit of £200 pounds is returned upon the house being returned in good order. Deductions will be made for the following. Loss of keys 35 pounds. Loss of remote 30 pounds. We respectively request the house is left clean on departure, we do charge 60 Euros if otherwise.
Changeover day
Normally Saturday. Departure before 11am. The property is available to new arrivals after 3pm. However we do accept mid week arrivals and departures.
Outside
There is a garden which is tiled and has plants, with a table and nine chairs plus additional table and chairs . The front garden has a small table and chairs and sun shade and gets the evening sun. We have one other terrace, the one on the top floor has great views and some chairs for sunbathing.
Coast/Beach
Benalmadena beach is a five walk or a two minute drive. It has sunbeds for rent or you can simply lie on a towel on the sand. The are a variety of kiosks selling drinks and snacks and fresh water showers are available when leaving the beach.
Golf
Torrequebrada golf is two miles away. Mijas golf, Los Lagos and Los Olivades is seven miles distant. Alahurin and many other golf courses are within an hours drive.
How to get there
Malaga airport is twenty minutes drive from the town house. A car is not essential bt is useful in order to get the best out of the facilities and leisure activities on the Costa del Sol. A train runs every thirty minutes from Malaga Airport to Benalmadena town centre, known as Arroyo de la Miel.
Distances
Arroyo de la Miel centre is a five minute walk. Selwo Aquatic park with sea lions, dolphins and penguins is about 500m away. Tivoli world theme park is a 15 minute walk, and the wonderful popular Marin is a 25/30 minute leisurely stroll. Popular attractions on the coast are a trip to Gibraltar, 60 miles distant or a trip to the Alhambra, the 1000 year old fortified capital of the Moorish empire in Spain situated in Granada 1.5 hours by car.

A large Mercadona supermarket is within 5 minutes walk as is the newspaper shop which sells English newspapers; Kiosk Diego . There is an ATM opposite the supermarket.

A 50% deposit is required to secure the property, the balance is payable in payments of 25% 3 MOnths prior to Travel and last 25% 30 days prior to travel.*. A £200 pound deposit is required which will be refunded after our agents have completed their inventory of the property before your departure and have reported everything is OK. Cancellation up to 8 week before arrival full return of fees. Cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival 85% fees returned. Cancellation up to 2 weeks 50% returned. Cancellation in last two weeks no return of fees. *Special Offer prices may have different payment terms.
